What Services Does RankNewly Actually Offer? How Our Guest Post Marketplace Works

Most link-building disappointments start the same way: someone pays for a “high-DA guest post,” the link goes live on a site nobody reads, and six months later it has done nothing — or it quietly sits on a network Google already ignores. RankNewly exists to make that outcome less likely. This page explains, in plain terms, what we actually do, how an order moves from request to live link, and what we will and won’t promise.

RankNewly in One Paragraph

RankNewly is a guest post and link-building marketplace. On one side are advertisers — businesses, agencies and SEOs who need editorial backlinks. On the other side are publishers — site owners who accept guest posts. We list publisher sites, take orders from advertisers, and coordinate each placement personally instead of letting buyers and sellers deal with each other blind. Our focus is simple: real sites with real readers, and no private blog networks (PBNs).

Service 1: Guest Post Placements

This is our core service. You choose a site from the guest post sites list, send your order, and we arrange a published article on that site with a contextual link back to you.

What a guest post order includes:

Service 2: Link Insertions (Niche Edits)

Sometimes the best page for your link already exists. A link insertion adds your link to an existing, relevant article on a publisher’s site — usually one that is already crawled and has some age. It is faster than a new guest post and works well when the existing article genuinely covers your topic. If the fit is forced, we will tell you and suggest a new guest post instead.

Service 3: Free Listings for Publishers

If you own a website, you can list it on RankNewly for free through the Submit Your Site form. There is no login and no listing fee. Once your site is listed, advertisers can browse it and place orders. When an order comes in for your site, we contact you directly with the details, so you never have to chase buyers or negotiate with strangers.

How an Order Actually Works

Here is the exact path an order takes, start to finish:

  1. You browse the site list. Each listing shows the site, its niche and the details the publisher provided.
  2. You click “Order”. Your request — your details and the site you chose — comes straight to our team, not to the publisher.
  3. We review the request. We check that your link and topic fit the site and that nothing in the order breaks the publisher’s rules (more on that below).
  4. We contact the publisher. We confirm availability, timelines and content requirements on your behalf.
  5. Content is prepared. Either your article is checked and formatted, or we write it.
  6. The post goes live. You receive the live URL and can verify the placement yourself.

Because every order passes through us, you have one point of contact from the first message to the live link.

What We Check Before a Site Gets an Order

A listing being on the marketplace is not the end of the review. Before we place an order on a site, we look at the things that actually predict whether a link will be worth anything:

Metrics such as DA and DR are useful for sorting, but we treat them as a starting point, not a verdict.

What We Don’t Accept

To protect both advertisers and publishers, we do not place orders for:

These niches put the publisher’s site at risk and, with it, every other link on that site — including yours.

What We Will and Won’t Promise

We will promise a real placement on the site you ordered, a contextual link, the live URL, and honest advice when a site or anchor isn’t a good fit.

We won’t promise a specific ranking, a traffic number, or that Google will treat any single link a certain way — nobody can honestly promise that. Rankings depend on your whole site: content, technical health, competition and the full mix of links pointing to you. A good guest post is one strong input, not a switch.

It is also worth knowing that Google expects paid links to be labelled. Its guidance on qualifying outbound links explains how publishers can mark sponsored links. Ask us if you want to understand how a specific publisher handles this before you order.

Why We Built It This Way

Most marketplaces are self-serve: you pay, the seller publishes, and if the link disappears or the site turns out to be a network, you find out months later. We chose a slower, hands-on model because the expensive part of link building isn’t the price of one post — it’s the cost of a bad link you have to clean up later. Routing every order through one team means someone is responsible for checking the fit, chasing the publisher and confirming the result. It also means we can say no to an order that would hurt you, even when it would have been easy money.

Who RankNewly Is For

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I talk directly to the publisher?

No. Orders come to the RankNewly team, and we coordinate with the publisher. You get one point of contact and the live URL when it is published.

Can you write the article for me?

Yes. Content writing can be included with a guest post. You can also send your own article, which we check against the publisher’s guidelines.

Is listing my site really free?

Yes. Publishers list for free through the Submit Your Site form, with no login required.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. We guarantee the placement you paid for, not a ranking result. Anyone who guarantees rankings from a single link is overselling.

How do I start?

Browse the guest post sites, click “Order” on the one that fits your niche, or contact us if you want a recommendation first.
